If you’ve been training with Undersun resistance bands for a while now, you may be asking yourself when to go up in resistance and how to do so. These are questions that we get a lot!
Resistance bands are more portable, way less expensive, and easier on the joints than heavy dumbbells and barbells. Bands are also just as effective at building muscle as free weights.
Generally speaking, the difficulty you’re having in getting muscular and shredded is by design – literally. There’s nothing wrong with you. In fact, your body is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do from an evolutionary standpoint.

Your standard yoga mat may work fine at home, as long as you’re not lugging it around from place to place. Once you start trying to fit it in a backpack or other bag, you quickly realize it’s a bit cumbersome.
